One thing I loved as a child was seeing Monster Trucks and I have instilled that love into my children. While I know it is super loud and can be dusty when the show is indoors but the adrenaline you get when the engines get cranked up is awesome. I love that Monster Trucks is no longer just a thing boys like. I love seeing all the little girls with their dad's at the shows enjoying it and getting into it as much as the boys.
We got the opportunity to take the Pumpkin, Sweet Pea and Angel to the Covelli Center to see the Toughest Monster Truck Tour.Toughest Monster Truck Tour. This was the girls first Monster Truck show and they quickly fell in love them. I was worried that the girls would not like the show because they typically do not like loud stuff. The kids really enjoyed being able to go down on the track before the show to meet the drivers, get autographs and play in the dirt.
Since this show is put on by O'Reilly auto parts we were able to get Pit Passes for free from the store. I did not know that our tickets we received were coming with Pit Passes as well so we were able to bless another family with the opportunity to go to the Pit Party as well. If this show is coming to a town near you I recommend getting your Pit Passes early from O'Reilly auto parts otherwise you might not get in because they sell out at the venue quickly.
Pumpkin kept telling me that he was taller then the tires so we had to take a picture so he could see that he is almost there but not quite. Pumpkin is 10 so this shows you how tall these tires are on the trucks. We all really enjoyed the show and that stuff was reasonably priced which makes it a lot easier and nicer for families to enjoy. I would like to see interactive voting though so the audience can help choose the winners of the different competition.
This is a great family friendly show that I would recommend to anyone with kids who loves Monster Trucks!
