HALF- DAY OPTIONS AVAILABLE
9:00am- 12:00pm: Winter Wonderlab: This festive program will have your kids gasping and laughing at our Mad Scientist's exciting and merry science experiments. The Mad Scientist will introduce the audience to a mysterious North Pole rock that turns out to be Dry Ice. Kids make bubbling potions, experiment with popping corks, shivering quarters and clouds of fog. Create slimy sludge to keep!
1:00pm- 4:00pm: Junior Reactors introduces students to the concepts of atoms and reactions. A demonstration of the differences between physical and chemical reactions is followed by a hands-on series of experiments. The relative size of an atom is introduced in a cutting edge race as the children try to reduce a strip of paper down to its atomic size.
Children are encouraged to bring a snack! Popcorn, water, and lemonade will also be provided. Children staying for all day camp should bring a bagged lunch.
12:00-1:00pm is lunch and play time at Mad Science! To attend full-day camp, simply add an AM and a PM camp to your cart for the same week :)
